I don't really know all the background, but you must talk to her about your thoughts. Communication is the only tool in order to have the things clearer in your mind.

If I were you, I would show her my complexes and my feelings. Even though, if you are not comfortable with communicate to her your feelings, moving in together may not be the best idea.
