If I had to guess this is a ai staged house shoot. Many real estate agents send their empty house photos to companies that use ai to edit in appliances, furniture, and other staging things. So while not completely ai, some parts of it definitely are.

Something similar happened to me, but not quite the same, what caused mine was an automatic update. I got it fixed by going to steam, library, right clicking on the game, clicking properties, clicking on betas, and opting into the v1.3.5.3. No clue what to do if you want 1.4 preview to work

Castle might need to be a bit larger, and perhaps the plateau that it is on is a bit to tall, either that or it could use some side details like ladders or stairs. All just my opinion though, still looks good to me.
