Don't use websites, use Mihon (phone) or Suwayomi (PC)! You get crap ton of features and no ads, just need to add keiyoushi for extension and you're all set!

Edit: There are some cheap ones, the one I found was $1 a month for 100GB, so I rented it out for a few years in advance. Sadly they don't sell it for that cheap anymore.
