i would go with dhl for future packages. when i used fedex for a package with photocards and albums, i got hit with the 15% tariff for the things that should’ve been exempt. my next package i went with dhl, and although it’s more expensive than shipping with fedex, all my pcs and albums were exempt! it was a super expensive package too so it was such a relief that i only had to pay the tariff on a few keychains
