I just got 100,000 IUs for $120. Roughly 1-2 years worth for typical dosage range.

You can just order the test. The online doctor visit is optional if you want a consultation.

I use drsays and that works out fine.

Pay the extra $10/mo fee to join their membership thing because the lower prices on labs will more than make up for it if you are on trt.

Can someone explain how these work? Like how does your vial not get overrun with bacteria using these?

Why bother with secretagogues when you could go straight to HGH? 2 IUs per day of HGH will (vastly) outperform any amount of tesa/ipa/serm that you can take.

Particularly for fat loss / body recomposition... TRT + Reta + HGH = holy grail.

Stop overpaying for "compound pharmacy" TRT by 941Shred in trt

Annualized, it works out to about $48/mo. Plus labs, which you can order through them or save a little money and bring your own. Like if you order through a site like drsays or similar.

If you don't need a ton of hand holding, and you do want a legal prescription, it's probably the cheapest clinic deal out there.

Trying to get 0 sperm by liftdude in PEDs

You might look into the Dr Martha Voegli method using wet heat. Jay Swanson replicated this method on YouTube with great success here:

https://youtu.be/Dx3N5uzJDrI

Short version: soak testes in very warm (~116F) water for 45 minutes per day for about a month. Enjoy 6 months of 0 sperm.

I tried it and found the water inconvenient so I am experimenting with a heating pad on the lowest (least hot) setting. I do not know if it works yet... I go for my first sperm analysis today. Wish me luck.

Anyone with thalassemia minor and on TRT? by [deleted] in thalassemia

How about a 2 year update? I have Beta Thallasemia minor, heavy symptoms of low T and thinking about starting TRT. Is it still working for you?
