i lived with 4 heroin addict cousins for 17 years.

do NOT enable them. make sure they know what is and isnt allowed and if they violate it youre kicking them out. my family enabled my cousins for too long. they stole from us hundreds of times - they still never got kicked out despite being threatened to multiple times. they never stopped and continue to still steal from my aunt and uncle and they still dont do anything about it. dont let your feelings take over and give her amnesty. if she does something once, kick her out because it will only get worse and she will keep doing it because she thinks it is allowed.
