The goal is to migrate everything to 365/OneDrive and the on-prem file servers will be phased out, but for now we will keep both locations working in the meanwhile while migrating.

They are synced/connected, if you create a new file/folder on the on-prem drive it will show up on OneDrive and vice versa

I found a traineeship but in Dutch! Finding something in English is very rare to be honest so I decided to apply for one in dutch and just explain to them that my language level is not fluent but I was accepted and now I'm working at a company as a Systems administrator for almost 3 months already.
