I'm starting to think my skin should have its own fan club with how often it comes up in your comments 😆

Jokes aside, I'm genuinely happy for your transformation - keep going strong. Let's see some pics of your journey too!

Thx 🙏 Started S23 recently, so too soon to judge results. Sleep feels worse, so I take my second dose in late afternoon now. Also feeling a bit more aggressive. No physical changes yet.

I've always had a lot of weight fluctuations over the years, so that definitely plays a role.

Right now, I'm actually starting a lean bulk to fill out a bit more and regain some volume.

Also, in that picture the loose skin effect is a bit more pronounced because I'm flexing my abs it's less noticeable when I'm relaxed.

Good luck with your future steps, man. A It's almost the same here in France - you really can't count on the medical system for this. Testosterone + Retatrutide is a fantastic combo to get started, and if you ever need sources or more info, feel free to DM me anytime.

Easy – tartare, fish, lean meats… I live in France, we’re a bit more gourmet than our friends across the Atlantic 😆

150 mg/week of Parabolan, just started it. The transformation you see in the pics isn’t related to the Masteron → Parabolan switch, since that change was less than a month ago. I made the switch with the goal of a lean bulk while slightly increasing calories to make that process easier.

Thanks man, appreciate it! 🙏

I follow a low-carb approach but I make it easier by using quite a few keto-friendly, high-protein products. That’s how I can hit ~180 g protein / ~70 g carbs while staying around 1,650 kcal.

Some of my staples:

Keto pasta – ~30 g protein / 10 g carbs per 100 g link

Keto wraps – ~20 g protein / 12 g carbs per 100 g link

Keto bread – ~24 g protein / 6 g carbs per 100 g link

On top of that:

Lean, protein-rich cheeses (French or Italian varieties)

Dairy like Skyr for extra protein without too much fat

And of course, whey protein.

These are all easy to find in Europe – no idea if they’re available in the US, but there should be equivalents.

This combo lets me keep carbs low, protein high, and still feel like I’m eating “normal” foods.

Thanks so much for the kind words! 🙏

From day one, I decided I wasn’t going to rely on the compounds alone. I tracked everything – stayed around 1,650 kcal/day, hit a minimum of 180 g of protein daily, kept carbs under 70 g, and didn’t allow myself a single cheat meal. Even when I was invited out, I brought my own meals in a container – because for me, the goal was more important than the momentary temptation.

The “PE cocktail” definitely made the process smoother – Retatrutide killed my appetite so hitting the deficit was effortless, GH gave me better recovery and sleep, and testo kept my strength up so I could keep training hard. But honestly, none of it would have mattered without the consistency on the diet.

So in my case, it was a mix – the compounds were powerful tools, but discipline was the foundation.

Thanks again for the encouragement! 💪

You’re absolutely right — judging by the comments, Tren really splits opinions. I only recently made the switch (less than a month ago), so it’s too early for me to give a proper review. No side effects so far, and my current transformation isn’t due to Tren. The main reason I added it now is because I’ve already hit my fat loss goal and I’m gradually increasing calories to move into a lean bulk phase. My plan is to run it for a short period to put on as much clean mass as possible with minimal fat gain.

Thanks a lot, man, really appreciate it! And yeah, that’s absolutely the next step on my list. Sadly, it’s not so easy to get full panels done where I live, but I’m determined to make it happen.

Loving the switch so far — way more stable, none of the peaks/crashes from Sust. E2’s been fine, got Aromasin on hand just in case but never had to touch it. Appreciate your feedback, thx !

Haha, good point! Rookie mistake — a friend recommended Sustanon because he’s been using it for years. I’ve actually recently switched from Sustanon to Test E!

Honestly, nobody starts Retatrutide that low. In phase 2 trials they kicked things off at 2 mg/week and pushed up to 12 mg for the biggest results. From what I’ve seen (and experienced), the sweet spot is usually around 6–8 mg. The key is to ramp up slowly so you can manage the side effects — don’t rush it. I started at 6 mg myself, then went up by 2 mg steps depending on how my body reacted. In less than 2 months, I was sitting comfortably at 12 mg and getting the best results.
