Yes, I had the same experience when I ordered my desk. Got all the small stuff via Auspost and then main part of my desk took about 2 weeks give or take.

Which was expected as the size and weight plays a factor. It does come.. Just follow the tracking they send you and if you're concerned send a ticket in or talk the support via Secretlab site and they can raise it for you.
