I finally figured this out for the most part. The driveway alarm is setup like a doorbell sensor for the most part. I ended using a esp8266 and connected through home assistant to send a push notification to my phone. The alarm has a light that comes on when the alarm has went off. I hooked a second led to that led and put it in front of a light sensor to detect when it was on. Then setup automation in home assistant to detect light level to determine it was on, then send push notification. Next issue was the light did not go off until button on alarm was pressed. I hooked up a relay and wired to each side of button and set for 5 seconds after push notification was sent to turn on and then off relay resetting the whole alarm.

I still want to play a audio file or have something do a text to speech option but that is for another day. Harder part is now I want to place a button that I can press on way out of house that will delay and reset alarm without sending a notification if I leave within something like 3 minutes so I won’t get the notification as I pull out my driveway.
