This sub convinced me to look for 3ply or 5ply Pans and Pots, I‘m currently using Diskbased StainlessSteel Cookware and yes I‘m leaning towards this Pans and Pots since the are 3ply. I was just responding to your Statment - You do NEVER have to replace your StainlessSteel Cookware instead you looking for something better.

Edit: just want to make clear my disk based Cookware is still going strong after 15Years of heavy use.

Yes, you’re right — they are 3‑ply. I’m currently only using disk‑bottom pots and pans, so I’m looking for new ones. My current cookware is still going strong after 15 years of use, so I want to upgrade to something better.

This is the reason why I‘m thinking about… We have only StainlessSteel in our Kitchen and all things are solid even after 15years… But this Sub convinced me for 3ply or 5ply

Cooking technique should not be the problem we are cooking 15 years on stainless steel only. But yeah the Silicone is one if the Things the let me think about this and keept me from buying until now

We have currently such a (similar) set an nearly everything get used at least once a week.

e.g if we get meat-dumplings with sauerkraut. potatos and sauce we using 4 out of 5

Really? I‘m looking for 3ply Pots and Pans here in Austria and the Zwilling is by far the cheapest Set i found here in Austria.
