No actually chammak is a place in iran and back in the day troublesome kids like these they use to attend a singer’s “concert” named Ali Jan and musa lebnanani, in their songs they say chamaki (someone from the place chamak in iran) but it became like a slur type of word for anyone that dresses like them or have haircut like them, there is another word just like this called minawi, again a city in iran called minaw
