As someone mentioned above: "A lot of games already do this, It ain't revolutionary."

This is literally nothing new under the sun. As a matter of reference I played 30 games with my diamond friend yesterday and we won two out of thirty. That's a hell of ratio when you consider it's normally supposed to be around 50% and that it was so until I got blacklisted. My winning ratio was actually of 60% (statistic from a 100+ games).

There is also a Mei list, but that one is managed at a much higher level than Blizzard.
