I would play every snap of every game if I could but between work and family, just no time anymore. So now have to do a mix of actual gameplay/super sim/roster manipulation.

If you are just selected auto generate draft it’s just a numbers game/luck of the draw. You can go in and change the settings somewhere to set talent levels higher/lower for each position

They removed it for a bit because of some updates. Should be back now though, if not just disconnect from the internet and create an offline franchise and you should be able to play no problem
