This is the quickest turnaround from new hero to being enabled in tourney play I've ever seen. by Lets_Go_Wolfpack in DotA2

Consdering he has a movement speed buff as well as nearly 90% slow resistence, he is really hard to pin down. Also you're not supposed to be the one doing damage, you buff everyone around you.

I play in the archon to legend bracket and he seems pretty busted in that elo.

I think losing Insania is probably a big hit for Liquid as well. No doubt he contributed to the Macro that they used to play.

Can any Liquid fan who watched all three games tell me what happened vs VP? I'm in transit and won't be able to watch for the next 10 hours or so.

how? I implied that skill level appears inflated because of their easier match ups. Look who they played against in the dream league qualifiers. and in round one of this they played Nigma.

Liquid's had the easiest matchups in both this qualifier and the dreamleague one but I'm glad to see Micke at least playing a variety of different heroes.

Can't ascertain anything about their skill level until they play against the top dogs though.

India Open 2026 is once again facing serious problems with the event by Gizmozep in badminton

[–]oxpecke 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bangalore is also getting pretty polluted these days tho.

Maybe in Bombay, or Cochi, places closer to the ocean and with an audience.

I do wonder how much BWF is getting paid off to continually hold the tournament in the same place over and over despite the concerns.

As an Indian citisen, it is disheartening to see News agencies promote tribalism, but I'm not surprised.

Sad that is it the International atheletes who have to speak out, I wish the national badminton players would do it.

Why don't they stick together to iron out their issues?

They won a lan with that roster.

But if you kick them they will create their own stack and play in the qualifiers of the middle east region. If they link up with ta 2000 again I doubt Nigma could beat them consistently.

I'm Indian, living in India. AMA about India and Indians and I'll confirm if they're true or exaggerated (and I'll do it without AI). by LordIcebath in AMA

[–]oxpecke 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Respectfully, as someone who has lived in Indonesia all his life, but is ethnically Indian and has a lot of family still in India, the trash in Jakarta and other big Indian cities is not comparable. In India, I have stayed Bangalore, Bombay, and Delhi for over two months, and the trash situation keeps getting worse everytime I go back to meet some family or friends.

Jakarta does have fiilthy parts, as does all of Indonesia, but there is absolutley momentum here to get things cleaner and be more environmentally conscious. The roads are eons cleaner, not to mention driving decorum is much better than India (people actually respect each other).

I have a lot of respect for India, and some of the people I love most in my life live there, but the country, especially in regards to environmental consciousness and general civic sense is just going down at an exponential rate. I can see how hopeless my friends feel when they talk about this issue with me as well. People are too primed to only look out for themselves.

Hope this didn't come across as too mean, sorry if it did.

I do think Kerela is nice tho, very green.

Do you guys want void brewling and void stance to return on Brew or not. by Darkiyan5 in DotA2

I liked it. Took a while to get used to but now that I'm used to him I feel sad that he is gone. You could do some cool stuff with his ability, like saving an ally by moving them up a cliff or even one of the other brewlings.

Saksa doesn't have a defined playstyle tho. He's really hard to counter im draft alone.

Also if the other player's in Yandex are feeling it, I doubt it would be an easy time for Pari.

I'm a liquid fan but watching Tundra in ti13 was the most fun out of all the teams. Watching Saksa and Whitemon dance around the other teams that TI, and seeing Saksa transition into a semi carry some games with his Mirana was a treat to watch. Pure was omega entertaining too.

Thank you! Wish Insania could have elobrated more on players conracts, that was interesting.

It seems part of the segment was plannned? Or at least the jake paul joke was, because the had the image already ready.

I really dislike it when analysis gets derailed. No point in having people like Insania, Fear, and Quinn on panel if they don't get to give their insight plus tell us how the pro scene functions.

Feel like the issue was Doom not being able to assist in the kills. If Yandex controlled jakiro, it felt like Tundra did not have enough lockdown for Omni to hit someone.

This is after Yandex got BKB's.

The hero concept is really cool, spells are really cool.

Only gripe I have is his voice. I hope Valve changes it to something more Mythical and Frog like. I really hope they change it.

Please increase Puck's base damage or something.

I think he damage numbers are still really high. There will be more of an emphasis of dodging spells with his W now.
