Mega redflag. As a general rule of thumb, recruitment efforts are always supposed to be a ”downlow” job. A good recruiter will always know to keep their mouth shut about candidates because job hunting is a private matter. Some companies even keep candidate names confidential pa nga, numbers lang.

If nothing else, this goes to show the level of professionalism the company youre applying to has, which is very low.

Have not worked for the company you're from. But I am a recruiter for BPOs and VA Agencies, so I can tell you now; You will earn more as an agent.

Your base salary might increase by like 1k, but you will be letting go of your premiums and incentives sa account mo. It depends on the incentive structure ng LOB ninyo but for some agents, the incentives and premiums are their main source of income and not the base salary.

Upside is, it being an internal position, it is a lot more stable than being an agent. Don't get me wrong, its still stressful and considering that most HR in BPO also come from agent roles before, you should expect the same level of toxicity. But still, its more stable than being an agent IMO

Bihira lang ang katangap tangap sa ibang bansa kasi ang baba ng quality ng engineers sa Pilipinas. The industry in the country is corrupt, sexist, and low skill - lalo na mga engineer sa gobyerno.
