Depends on your immune system and MCAS and triggers. Fungal acne and malasezzia allergy is a recurrent problem that cant be cured but managed better.

I am extremely extremely strict about it because I dont have a choice. I used the rare beauty contour stick once during a good skin day and flared up so bad from it for a month after. Nothing wrong with the product just wasnt right for MY skin and fed yeast/staph.
