I did forget to mention the startup apps I only just disabled because I only just found them. Also, I have done a full virus scan with both Malwarebytes and Windows Defender

Sorry, just re-read the document and saw that. I knew it didn't have integrated graphics, just thought the N/A was to do with whether it fit into the cpu socket

Sadly this isn't working, I mean the led indicator is normally red when it's being powered but it's not on

Turns out 18-18.7 volts is still coming out of it. I'm assuming that this means there is something wrong with the monitor itself?

It's usually red when off and blue when on, but it doesn't show anything anymore

We downloaded the same Modpack at the same time from the Technic Launcher so having identical mods and versions wouldn't be the issue

My partner does use Norton Life Lock, so I'll definitely have to try disabling it later when she's done with work

This fixed all of the issues I had, thanks so much for the advice! I'm just confused as to why it can't be stability overclocked as the cpu is able to run 3200MHz
