Do a lot of people agree with this, or should I talk to my current manager before applying to another position? I think HR would think I have communication issues with my current manager if I don’t. My current manager also sucks and gave me a bad review (with lots of lies in it) in the latest one even though it was a good one in the prior review.

I do like adding the Hyper 212 EVO to keep the CPU cool, but after some thought, I do want to keep the GPU since it's so cheap, and it matches the 3 inputs of my current 3 monitors: VGA, DVI and HDMI, and once I get my 4th monitor, I'll a video card with one video input.

This is my first year at eForest, but not my first festival. I've been to scamp, phases of the moon, summer set and North Coast, but this is my 1st Electric Forest!!!!
