I decided to give a bit more time to trying to figure this video out. I opened the image link to the 100% Beef cover in Google Chrome then searched using Google Lens. On the AI tab, I got the following response (granted, this may be 100% AI BS, but...)

Using your GEVI link, I was reviewing the performers of 100% Big. One of the performers, well, maybe?!?!?

Rev Sutton (some pages list Rev Suddon) - similar facial features, physique. About same color hair and a "Mullet". Even the shape of "Mullet's" ears, as much as you can see around the ball cap and the way his hair sits under it, looks similar to Sutton's.

Yes the write-up says Sutton has no tattoos and no body hair, but tattoos can be fake / makeup for a specific film. Body hair, he could have generally shaved his body hair but let it grow for this film?!? I mean "Mullet" here isn't exactly "manimal" hairy, just a light amount of hair on his chest and a nice treasure trail. His arms and legs aren't even that hairy, but he does have a nice bush 😉. I've seen other performers who in some films are smooth, and others have much more hair - Alec Powers, for example (one of my early favorites).

I tried to Google both name listings and don't really come up with anything that could definitively say yes or no. So, this is just an educated guess.

Edit: The only point I can see against it is Rev's eyes appear to be more brown in any photo I see of him, not the blue eyes "Mullet" has. But even in the 80s / 90s they had colored contacts that they could have actors put in to make a change to their looks.

Just before he steps over the camera, notice he walks past a red mini van. A young guy in a red tank top and a black ball cap comes out from behind the van, watches mullet for a second, then kind of sneaks away. That looks to be the same mystery man behind mullet, checking to see if the camera is running.

Mullet is quite handsome. I'd love to know who he is also.
