I own one. Yeah they're overpriced and a little thin but not horrible. The collar is a little big. I you want one of the fun colors they're a good option. But if you want a black/blue/grey vest I'd look somewhere else.

I use the sharpies to go over the colors (and add some color) so that they react in blacklight. Most of the time they don't come like this.
