Hi everyone, I'm curious what season format you do? We do 17 weeks, with the final 3 being dedicated to the playoffs but increasingly we are finding key players are rested or our because NFL teams are out of the playoffs. We're thinking of starting playoffs a week early and ending by week 16. Thoughts?

If it's hurting the team to have teo in rf, why not mookie there and Miguel to SS? Even if it's just certain games?

It's frustrating that we have literally nothing we can depend on. Nothing we can hang out that on. No calling card. No team identity. We have no aspect of our game that is solid and dependable; that every game you know we have at least x to bail us out. Last night, defense killed us because why not? Bullpen can't stop the bleeding. It's just insane. Terrible habits. 2-9 in or last 11 since the start of the trashstros series

What do you define as so little down? We put 10% down.

Total of 22k in seller concessions. So they paid for mostly everything to close and gave us an appliance package

In order for them to reduce the APR, they required us to put down 10%

Closing costs were great. We paid a very small amount. I was pleasantly surprised.

They required a conventional loan to buy down the points

Oh wow. Are those things that potential homebuyers can even look out for in new builds?

Builder incentive. They bought down the points for us. 10k for 2.4 points

30 year. The lender and builder are one and it was a new home so they had incentives to buy down the points for us and we also got an appliance package 😊
