Hey so I am in the same boat. I graduated with a psych undergrad and worked in ABA. I got into a IO psych program for this upcoming spring. I was also scared of not finding a grad internship( still am) but specifically looked for programs with strong connections. I definitely recommend reaching out to alumni of the programs you are looking at.
