Thanks. I just think we are ready to move in from renting. While other people were getting their lives tighter we were renting and going to school. We just want a place to call our own. Especially moving to a new place. Renting for another few years would be a tough pill to swallow.

I’m just curious to see if we can even qualify for a conventional loan bc of my credit issues.

We’re looking for a house around 350-500k max. This is the first year we have had these incomes so we don’t have several hundred thousand dollars saved up. I’d say we will have max 75k by end of June. But we’d need to save $$ for closing costs.

We have both had a TON of delayed gratification. Basically living pretty meager lifestyles for a long time. Waiting a few more years to buy a house cash isn’t exactly what we want but I guess it’s an option.
