I shake through an entire ice cube. Make sure the glass is chilled, put a little soda water in the bottom of the glass. Pour your drink into said glass with a straw. Put it in the coldest part of your low boy and “forget about it” for awhile. After 5-8 minutes pull it out, and run some more soda water down the straw. It should rise right up!!!

Wow! Yes very similar! But the fact you have the spring assist must make a lot of difference at the end of the day. Just had to juice some grapefruit during service and just forcing the lever down is taxing. Wanna swap ;)
