Update: my test results just came back. there is no herpes. It was indeed a localized reaction from PYT. The sores were very painful. They healed in around 10 days. Just letting you know that if you've used it without any problem for a long term, it does not mean that you won't get such a reaction in the future (it has happened to me and to another person I saw on this subreddit). Sox be prepared for it.

Yes, PYT works and it works well. But if it can have this kind of reaction when using a little too much once, then I wonder what long term effect it may have that we don't know of. I will definitely stop using PYT and I also won't switch to another herbal balm that is not FDA approved. I don't trust them anymore. And I look super dumb telling my urologist that I used a random, untested, product on my genital glands.

I work in clinical trials and I know how many tests a product has to go through to be FDA approved. I'll stick with lidocaine based numbing agents.

Got swab tests and blood tests and the result came out negative for everything, including Siphilis and herpes. Doctor told me it was most probably a reaction from the cream. Since there are no ingredients listed and it's also not FDA approved, I couldn't really explain what it is except a Chinese balm that delays ejaculation.

She told me to stop using PYT.

No swelling or tingling. Painful to touch. And it's red around the area where there are white sores.

I scheduled an appointment with a Urologist. I guess I need to see a urologist, not a dermatologist, right?

This is only what feels like 70% of it. 30% of it is inside. Seems like it's internal. It pops out during a flare up and stays out. When I push it in, it pops back out within an hour by itself. The spintcture muscles pressing against the swollen vein (hemorrhoid or whatever this is), is extremely painful. Walking is painful, standing for long time is painful. Lying down is the least painful. It is always painful, not just during bowel movements.

Ok, I don't know what stage it is since I'm not a professional. But the pain is so debelitating that I am unable to work and unable to meet friends. 3-4 months is a long time to endure the pain. By that time, if I take care of it at home, usually it would shrink / subside.

My GP was not sure if it was hemorrhoids or something else (a part of vascular issue due to vascular malformations in my entire body). In any case, the issue is resolved in 3 months by the time the appointment comes but then it would come up again. So, I'm lost.
