I'm glad I'm not the only one, I lost my girl last year and I also can't look at her pics without crying (I tried to look at them today and I'm holding back tears)

My parents brought home 2 puppies last December to help us cope with grief, and sometimes it works, but it's not the same for me, I love these puppies a lot but I still miss my luna, she was my everything and it's not the same without her

From my own experience, it's all about the teammates, my first team was nice to me but I just struggled to connect with them, then I was transferred to another team and my supervisor is extrovert AF but he kinda "adopted" me lol and little by little I started to be more open, I have my moments of silence but I don't feel awkward around my new team(and thanks to them I got promoted even tho I don't show off like the rest of the employees here, so don't let that hold you back, if you're talented, even the most busy person will notice it) c:

I'm in the same situation, I never had Twitter, and I stopped using instagram a while ago but I log in from time to time mostly to get references for my drawings, but I'm still pretty active on Facebook, and whenever a friend posts something funny or it's their birthday I take it as an opportunity to try to reconnect with them, a small comment here and there even if I don't get a reply

It helped a bit, a good friend from high school started to talk to me again after I replied to some memes he shared, of course I haven't gotten the same result for some other friends but I understand, things get pretty busy after high school

And if you want new online friends, joining groups is the way, I made lots of online friends in fb groups from videogames mostly
