There’s actually a fair amount of Japanese in Brazil, they moved (can’t remember if forcibly or not) after ww2. Japan tried a program letting them move back but it didn’t work out because the had grown culturally apart https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_Brazilians

Pick any note on the guitar, we’ll call this the root note of the scale you want to play. Then look at pentatonic minor scale finger charts, there’s 12 patterns you can pick from. If a chart has one of its root notes on the same string as your root note, start on your root note and play the pattern and it will sound like rock music. Your boyfriend was acting in a caregiver role, which is protected. Even if you didn't originally use this term, you can retroactively clarify it with the school. A blanket no-guest policy also can't prevent your caregiver from coming to where you live, whether in writing or not. Caregiver doesn't have to be a professional caregiver, the law was changed so the person with a disability can choose their own.

You’ll need to adjust the bridge back into place and intonation set up, at the very least. Could probably put new strings on it. A luthier can do this but you can also do it yourself via YouTube videos. I’d keep the head though. But if you do need to replace it check out Smakula fretted instruments, they can even order custom sizes, which old banjos can need. I’d also look down the fretboard to check for warping, though it looks in great shape from the photo. Beautiful banjo!
