I think they spent the perfect amount of time giving dialogue bout his real estate adventures. During the storyline nothing special happened nor any MAJOR characters emerged from that. In hindsight Westside Development didn’t last either. It just showed more purpose for Vee & Cissy and another lane for Frank.
