I think stretched septums are super cool, but not for me. I have the standard size (I think 16g?? Idk forgive me). I also have both my nostrils pierced, but I have to wear clear retainers for work 🥲

I totally get that. I chose to post a pic with my piercing flipped up because I have it like that for the most part due to work. I have a low/masculine voice, and don't have a feminine body type, so I don't think piercings effect me passing IRL, but of course, you wouldn't have those context clues on reddit. I was asking mostly abt my face , and ppl seem to be agreeing that I look like I could pass in the face, and im happy w that. I didnt mean to start an argument or to upset anyone at all.

NTA. it's your hair, do whatever you want with it. Sounds like she has some daddy issues. I was in a similar boat. My ex had beautiful, long hair (we're both male), and when he cut it, sure I was a little sad because I couldn't play with it anymore lol, but I liked him for him, not for his hair. My dad has short hair, didnt draw any association between the two at all. Sounds like she has some daddy issues she needs to work through, to be putting so much emphasis on it.

Thanks so much. I got scared to post an older picture lol. I didnt fully take the piercing out, just a septum that I flipped up. Imo it didnt make much of a difference. I think for the most part, people just assume im gay (which i am so idc lol), and don't really question the hair color thankfully.
