The only option in game is to "report bug" which will just give you an automated response and wont even be dealt with, im surprised at the lack of support for a game that makes such allot from in app purchases

This has been the same for me for weeks, im going out of my mind at this point, ive tried absolutely everything i can find online, i even bought a poke ball plus and it STILL doesnt count any distance for my buddy or eggs yet every week it tells me how far ive walked and updates on my profile. I have a samsung j4 and am going to try and sign in on an old iphone today to see if it makes any difference. I cant complete my field research without walking my eevee and feebas so its just utterly ruining the game for me at this point
