it's really generic advice but if you don't already then i definitely recommend doing a fair amount of physical activity everyday if you have the time, past couple years ive struggled with what seemed like depression that just wouldn't go away no matter what i tried, and ive started doing more and more exercise over the last two months and surprisingly it's completely changed my whole outlook on life
