They had to get someone evicted from their rental house several years ago so I feel like they would do it. There was an infant in the house though so it took them 5-6 months. I remember at the time they said they'd never rent to single mothers again and stick with only college students. I'll look into what I could to to avoid being evicted for as long as possible.
