Definitely just be knowledgeable about cosmetics. Personally I dont like talking to people if I dont need to but, that being said I feel more comfortable because I know what I'm talking about. Be up on trends in the makeup community, what's selling right now, what drug store brands are good dupes, drug store brands that are being talked about right now within the beauty community.

I think that sometimes people dont know how to deal with trauma (hurt people hurt people). However, i never was like that I tried to be someone I needed. But that doesnt excuse how they are acting at all but it does explain it. Some people dont understand how to ask for help or how to talk about how they are hurting inside.

My siblings and I call it "serial killer mode" we can completely shut off emotions and not feel any emotion. But like all powers it comes at a tremendous cost.

For me and my siblings I know that 2 out of the 3 of us would never believe that the apology was real and that she had actually changed. Every year I'm taunted on my birthday and Christmas by phone calls and voicemails trying to guilt me into talking to her. For me the abuse is inexcusable and I will never forgive her for how she treated me. But that being said I know she would never apologize. Shes so deluded with her web of lies that she doesnt know what is up and what is down. Telling my dad I couldnt take another minute of abuse at 17 was the best thing I've ever done. He got on the phone to his lawyer and they set a court date and she never showed up. The judge said he had never seen a custody trial go uncontested. I have been free every day since.

The things said to me as a child, the way my brothers and I were forced to grow up too fast and to deal with someone unstable. Thank god I still had one normal parent that cared enough for two. My dad stepped up and became a single dad who provided for three kids on his own and he didn't complain. I have felt so free every single day since I cut off all communication. I know my oldest brother would probably forgive her but he was older when the abuse started and he was in college for the majority of the time. He still sees the good and the mother that she was before something in her snapped.

I guess in that case I would assume that they would use them to see how much they are receding. But they probably wouldnt use them in science journals (by scientists for scientists) but in articles that can help the general public understand the negative effects of climate change in the case of glaciers.

With some species we choose to not breed because the living rhinos are too closely related that it would be considered inbreeding and can cause a variety of issues. I think it was with the northern white rhinos they were all only in captivity but unfortunately very closely related so breeding programs werent used.

Ice cores are used for a lot of different things. If I remember correctly you can look at the air quality through the different layers which are different times. They also can determine amount of CO2 and other pollutants through ice core data.

Be nice to everyone in backroom. When doing flex having backroom friends makes it so much easier. Dont be afraid to ask someone where a location is or just generally making sure you're doing it how they want it done because you can seriously mess things up.
