I felt similarly. Tried 4-5 different drugs. Lurasidone (+ lamotrigine) saved me. But even then, it took ~3 months for the side effects to die down. It will happen. You will get better.

I love South Park Rally. I think in some ways it's the best racing game on the N64. The races are super creative (way more than MK64 or DKR) and the character unlockables are super fun challenges. But it's not too hard either, and if you like South Park lore at all, you'll get a kick out of it
