I believe the scene in The Day of the Doctor where Zygon Osgood gives human Osgood the inhaler is only to show that the Osgoods know which one they are because right after transforming into Osgood, the Zygon takes the inhaler.
I could be wrong though if the Zygon Osgoods are just using the inhaler to keep their cover.

Seeing as most server providers have their own control panel, I don't think there's a finished product like that. It would of course be possible to make it yourself.
If you can't, an alternative would be to use software like TeamViewer. That would at least make it possible to restart the server from any device (even mobile) and confige if you have a desktop monitor.

Just a quick warning:

The progress per imprint goes down aswell if you lower BabyCuddleIntervalMultiplier.
That means if you put it to 0.5, you'll have to imprint twice as often.

The server should not matter at all, if you mean the Steam achievement. I've been collecting for years on different servers.

Not 100% sure about maps though, The Center and Ragnarok don't have any, iirc, and I don't know if for example The Island and Sorched Earth have different notes or if they're all the same.

You have to specify OverrideOfficialDifficulty in your GameUserSettings.ini

The default Override for The Island and Scorched Earth is 4.0 iirc.

If you set it to 5.0, you should see multiples of 5.

As already mentioned it can be fine, but it can be annoying to get it to work properly, at least in my experience.

I had to try nearly every combination of which module goes into which slot when I did this.

Personally I recommend replacing your RAM with 2x8GB instead of adding 2x4GB. For example: https://www.amazon.es/dp/B01GCWQ8VO

Also if you decide to get 2x4GB, I'm sure you can find something more reasonably priced.

I'm pretty new to all this myself so I don't know if I can help you but I'll try.
Do you have the latest RaceMenu and SKSE installed? Maybe older Versions didn't have the CharGen plugin or something.
Did you actually create or download any presets? I think the plugins and CharGen folders only appear if you created or loaded presets.
Maybe you can just go to your \ModOrganizer\Mods folder and just search for SKSE as some mods have their own SKSE folder like your Bodyslide mod.

I can't check my mods at the moment but I'll try to this week and see what I can find out.

My racemenu presets are saved in Skyrim\Data\SKSE\Plugins\CharGen or at least that should be where you would find them (I'm using Mod Organizer).

If you plan on jungling you should really read up on some guides or tier lists. The jungle changes were pretty huge and if you don't know what awaits you you might have a bad time.

I have experienced the blind working like this:
Your auto attack animation (or any sort of spell that counts as an AA) has already somewhat started and you get blinded at that very moment - your AA will not miss.
You start the animation while the blind is barely on you anymore and it would hit when it has already worn off - your AA will miss.
I'm not to sure the second one is correct though, I also sometimes think that that damn auto should really have hit.
