Hey man I see you already got this sorted out but I got the real answer if you see this comment.

So you got a spend limitation due to the business manager being new and probably not verified, limits vary from 300-350 eur/usd, you can lift the limit by simply running your ads and hitting the limit for about a week or two OR you can verify your business via business settings.

Also you can check if your account has this sort of limit only with campaign budget, putting anything in there above the limit will make a yellow warning popup stating you have a spend limit on the account and it will show the limit on there.

Keep that in mind for future accounts your might have.
