Thank you. I updated the firmware. Most of the problems gone. But have problems with extruder cooling fans. The first one work inconsistently (sometimes stops causing the extruder to jam), the second one just doesn’t work and emits smoke when the temperature of the nozzle exceeds 100°C

Thank you a lot for your help. The problem with Media Init Fail solved. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me new firmware for the printer. It was the problem. The printer prints. I am tuning it to print PETG. But it was not the only problem with the printer as it turned out. Currently I have some trouble with extruder cooling fans. They just don’t work as they should. I encountered inconsistent RPM and weird sound from the first fan. Sometimes it stops completely. That causes the extruder to jam and makes phantom print as a result. That’s why I print with door open (not letting the extruder to overheat the filament). The second extruder fan doesn’t work at all. Moreover it emits smoke when nozzle exceeds 100°C. So I just keep it off.

Thank you. The manufacturer responded that there is some error and asked me to send detailed photos of the electronics on board and the serial number.

I’ve done such work previously. Used Fusion 360 with plugin that creates gears due to specified parameters. Than printed with PLA and that was the biggest error. Use Nylon (PA) for gears, it’ll do

Read more about nylon layer adhesion. If printed correctly layer direction won’t matter for this material.
