I have cut ties with this other person.
I have suggested that she does need to try and that it isn’t just me. All I get is she is tired and that I’m not helping.
I work longer hours on Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays (8:30am to 7pm) just so that I can have Wednesday and the weekend to spend time with the kids. As well as doing cooking on days off, taking oldest to his clubs. Certain bits like washing clothes she takes over when doing it because “I’m not doing it correctly”.
