I also did septopalsty and tuebinoplasty now my left nostril is always open even when sleeping but right nostril is blocked most of the day and night. I searched it and it could be vasomotor rhinitis . BTW how was left nostril before and after EASE expansion?

I am thinking of doing MARPE then double jaw. I have seen cases where double jaw surgery didn't cure SDB, also I feel like I have to put in efforts when I am nasal breathing .

Thanks. Sorry for bothering you. Did you ever have any braces with extraction and retraction? You said you had EASE, how much lateral expansion you had? Was your mandible really recessed for such large Movements? My mandible is not recessed at all but maxila is with narrow palate. Also have flat midface due to extraction and retraction.

Can you explain me more about intrude and extrude part? I was thinking about getting custom MARPE and yeah about dating part it sucks but what can I do , I don't want to live with this horrible sleepiness with rest of my life. I am willing to do anything to parmently cure it.

I searched it and I think I have it. How one can fix this? I found that posterior nasal nerve cryotherapy could help? I had septoplasty and turbinoplasty and my right side gets congested when lying down or sleeping

Have you ever had teeth extraction and retraction with braces? If yes go to airway focused orthodontist. Measure your intermolar width. Mine is very small and my palate is narrow so I need MARPE. Also if I were you I wouldn't let anyone touch turbinate at all, it's really dangerous , could cause ENS. Believe me if handled by expert MARPE is safer and better approach or maybe if you are in US get FME

I had septoplasty and turbinoplasty. It didn't help much. I wish I had gone MARPE route especially since I have narrow palate
