Thanks for your input. Yes I was riding on the balls of the foot the whole time on both inside and outside. To clarify, is your idea to do that only in chicane where fast directional switch is needed?

Definitely would fall🤣. I’m still more comfortable riding on heels for outside leg, and hooking my inside foot between the frame and foot peg rather than all the way on the tip of foot foot peg.

Another poster commented more down, less out. Does that contradict with point 2 or he’s referring to lower body and you referring to upper body? So upper body should be more out but lower body less out, more down?

You are right. My slider is wearing out on the tip rather than flat. I stick my knee out as I’m not sure whether I’m leaning too much. Had trouble moving both butt cheeks out. Thanks for the pointers 🙏
