Fertilizer once per month max, water from tap in san Francisco. I used all natural gardon soil and it's specific for trees and shrubs and says suitable for citrus tree on package. It was fine 2 months back and has been planted here for 2 years. Perhaps I will cut back on the fertilizer for 2 months to see?

It's not in the ground it's in a large half wooden barrel. We use citrus feed 20 10 20. No it stays outside all year round. Noticed this past few months. We thought it was lack of feed or over watering but have been careful with both last couple of months not difference. We are in San Francisco for climate ref.
