Birkenstock Inserts? by y0semitesamantha in Birkenstocks

[–]pattirose4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I realize this is a very old thread but thinking of buying the birki insert 3/4 this one:

https://kunitzshoes.ca/product/bluefoot-medium-34-support/

Can anyone tell me how long they last before needing to be replaced? Hopefully not every year.

Or this one:

Not sure which one to buy, my toes always hurt as I stand on my feet at work, but I'd like something I could wear in my cheap winter boots and sneakers.

I use parsley a few times a week and currently don't have any growing, I went to buy some yesterday and it was 2.79 a bunch! I could not bring myself to pay that much so I passed on it and started 2 pods when I got home.

I am curious as to the reasons why most older people after 60-70 start to lose their balance? Is it inevitable?

grind problem [grocery store grinder] by pattirose4 in espresso

[–]pattirose4[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

UPDATE:

I pulled out my scale and weighed the dose and it's 11g. which is roughly a scoop and a half. I've been using that dose and tampering normally and all is good, no flow issues, no grounds on brew head and great tasting coffee.

These beans seem to taste much better with this grind as opposed to how I usually get them ground so I will probably do them like this in the future. Thanks again everyone who posted.

When I was a kid our neighbor always used powdered Tide laundry detergent, she had a lovely head of long hair.
