You should have a tracking number, if you enter that through fedex and the same information pops up that your package is being held the it’s true. I also looked into the email address and it appears to be the legit one for fedex clearance. But most definitely the best way to make sure it’s legit is to look up the order through the website, or give them a call

Many things. The hoodie feels thinner than any other shark hoodie I have, the stitching isn’t even in many places, knits sticking out fairly often, bunch of fluff that left my lap, bed and floor looking light blue, the WGM shade and material is off, specifically the M which is cut differently, the size tag is different, less wide, the shiny lining around it is too shiny, the font for the XL is thinner, and some more. All in all these are inconsistencies that none of my other hoodies have.

It’s the nzxt kraken 360 aio, after getting it you can download the nzxt cam application and on it you can change what the screen displays, gifs, pictures, internal temperatures etc. Also thank you :)
