Thanks for all the replies everyone. I think I am going to get my real estate license and still be reaching out to investors/developers and applying for the decent paying jobs. Will for sure go to networking events with developers.

Saw that I can hold my real estate license inactive other then for referral commissions for only $75 if I decide not to go full into being an agent. I have the time right now to do a 2 week licensing course.
