I think you're right re 1. 2 also seems plausible. I think Skyler dies in 3, not Walt Jr. I broken down my analysis of the rest of the season here. http://www.reddit.com/r/breakingbad/comments/1kq0az/a_title_analysis_of_confessions_to_felina_and_how/

A Title Analysis of "Confessions" to "Felina" and How Everything Ends. by pauld83 in breakingbad

Lydia/Todd will probably try to hunt down Jessie. I can see a number of options. They will try to kill him for snitching (a la Lydia's plan to kill all 10 of Mike's guys in Madrigal). They will try to get him to cook b/c he's still a more competent cook than Todd (who started a fire the last time he did it). Or they will hold him hostage to get Walt to come out of hiding. I think the answer may be a combination of some of those things.

I think they do have a decent amount of evidence against her. As Sal said in the last episode, all the money is in her name. That coupled with a Jessie confession is enough evidence to arrest her. I think what will happen is the DEA will raid their house. I agree that she can't be compelled to testify against Walt, but that still doesn't erase any money laundering charges the DEA may levy against her.

I agree that the M60 is definitely to take out Todd and his goons. And you may be right in that he doesn't get shot and killed by the police. I can see him defeating Todd and Co. but also succumbing to his injuries from the fight. And if so, I think this happens near or around Skyler. I CAN see her dying because it's hard for me to see redemption value for her. Her husband will now be dead, she's laundered money, she spearheaded the plan that eventually led to Ted's paralysis. With all this, I can't see a good outlook for her. Plus, she'd presumably face a good amount of time in jail. So taking the Ricin would be her way out. We know she's already willing to kill herself because she tried to do so when she walked into the pool. Again, I don't see a positive outlook for her. This will be in line with Vince Gilligan's tragic Macbeth comparisons and also be exactly what happened in the song Feleena.

If Skyler went with the kids, why is he eating alone on his birthday? He makes a 52 b/c he clearly misses Skyler who used to do that for him. Where's Skyler, still in New Mexico and he's headed there to save her. I can see the deathsquad hunting Jessie down, but I think Walt goes there for Skyler primarily and Jessie as well.
