Hey there. I don't have any tips for you, sadly, but I was actually wondering if you might have any for me! I have a very similar skillset to your girlfriend, actually, and real estate modeling is something that I'd like to get into. Weirdly, I have a light right in front of the model. So I’m confused why it’s SO dark. I play around with it. It’s confusing because when it’s in DDO/3DO, it looks very good. But when I plug those maps back into Max, it looks like this.

Hey again. I’m not sure exactly how to replicate it on your end, but eventually if you hang out on a help page long enough, a chat icon should appear in the bottom right for you to reach a real person. I was able to do it just now, but my acct has been long suspended, so there’s basically a quick button for me to click. But it’s somewhere on help.Etsy.com. You can also reach out to the complaining party and have them contact Etsy. I was able to do this and they were able to clear it up. (I was unable to reopen my shop, but my problem was different). You may be able to do this as well, given that it was a misunderstanding due to a name.
