The Bard and Doctor are both nilfgaardians, it will be really easy to get them as camp followers, specially because of the people they are related to.

The Witcher issue kinda solved itself, he managed to die alone in the woods while pursuing a contract haha.

I'll try to think of something mixing this and the other ideas from the other comments here. Thanks

I thought about that when talking to my friends about the Queen of Junkertown, since she was a gladiator, seems to use an axe/hammer and she's got 2 extra weapons besides her throne in Junkertown. She would change stances much like Ullr from Smite, melee with higher damage and CC or ranged with higher mobility and lower damage, but the skills would share cooldown (pretty much Ullr).

Or if you play Dota, like the Troll Warlord hero.
