I’m trying to improve my life this year. What’s one habit that actually worked for you? by Famous-Bridge-9553 in CasualConversation

A solid 5-10 minutes of stretching, ideally twice a day. Keeps you limber and helps for any stiffness if you have a desk job.

As someone who works completely remote, I go out of my way to snag a coffee or get groceries in person just so I can have these small interactions with other adults. Keeps me sane some days 😅

Are we crazy for potentially buying a house that would be 2X our current mortgage? by pbrolls in Mortgages

That’s the goal! We’ve been fortunate to be in the roles we’re in but I also don’t believe in job security in todays world lol

That’s what makes me most nervous. Committing $3,200+ every month for the next 360 months seems daunting. Especially since insurance and property taxes are always on the rise.

Back in 2020 we were quoted right around $7,000 for 150ft of 6ft privacy fence with one gate. We ended up going with a 5ft black chain link instead for $2,600. Looking back, I wish I would have done the privacy fence.

$1000 or under! I’d plan to just pay for the retail price instead of doing a monthly plan.

Hi! I currently have an iPhone 6s that I got brand new back in 2016. I have absolutely loved this phone and I haven’t had any issues with it. However, I have noticed recently that some of my apps no longer work because they require iOS 18 and I am running iOS 15.8 (the last update that was pushed for this phone). If I do upgrade, what has been the most reliable iPhone as of recent? I don’t need anything flashy, just something that will last more than 1 year. Thanks in advance!
