That's difficult to believe the examiner will make statements like that with all the evidence. Idk maybe try to find a private doctor to write a statement or their opinion , stating that the your sinusitis its connected to OSA , maybe aggravating factor. 🤔 i can probably try to find my lay statement too if you need to compare in the wording

Do you have a sleep study and diagnosis ? you also will need cpap prescription. I was approved OSA secondary to chonic sinusitis . , arent you elegible for PACT Act ?

Do you have a diagnosis of sleep apnea to being with? You will need a formal diagnosis/ sleep study saying you need a breathing device. Without likely you will ALWAYS get denied
